The total investment of the project is estimated to be 2 billion yuan, with a total construction area of about 288830 M 2, including 222310 m2 of above ground construction area, including Zhongbai Aolai shopping plaza, gudejin street, star hotels, yijiayuan home furnishing Expo Center, 1 × 2 × apartment building, and 66520 m2 of underground construction area, including mechanical garage, supermarket, food street, etc. The project is planned to be put into operation by the end of December 2021. &At present, the second construction company has arranged the project department to enter the site, and all construction work has been carried out in an orderly manner.
