Group young employees "face to face" symposium held
&On the afternoon of May 26th, 2018, the youth staff and the old manager face to face symposium organized by the Youth League Committee of the group company with the theme of "youth staff and human resource management year" was held in the report hall on the second floor of the group office building. More than 40 members of the Youth League Committee, the Secretary of the grassroots League branch, outstanding League members and youth representatives from various units attended the symposium. Department heads and relevant personnel of Party and mass work department and human resources department were invited to participate in the activity. &During the two-and-a-half-hour exchange, the leaders of the group's senior management answered 23 questions raised by young employees on the spot. These on-site questions and some questions that could not be answered in time at the forum will be submitted to the group company's team meeting for further study and development of implementation countermeasures. &At the end of the symposium, chairman Xu pengqiang, on behalf of the Party committee and the board of directors of the group, congratulated the newly elected two-level League organization after the change of the term, and presented the book "network is designed" purchased by himself to the representatives of the young employees attending the meeting. Xu pengqiang, chairman of the board of directors, gave a high evaluation to the problems raised by the representatives of young employees, and thought it was a positive suggestion. He asked the Youth League Committee to sort out the problems and then connect with the relevant departments to submit them to the group office meeting for study.
