Group general manager Zhu Jiuzhou attends the foundation laying ceremony of gudejin urban complex pr
&At 10:28 a.m. on December 18, 2019, the foundation laying ceremony of gudejin urban complex project was held at the project site. Zhu Jiuzhou, general manager of the group, attended the foundation laying ceremony. Leaders and guests attending the event include: Zhao Xuekun, Secretary of Weicheng District Committee, sun Xiuwei, deputy secretary and district chief, Li Yueshu, chairman of Shandong Weifang Department Store Group Co., Ltd., Ma Yongjun, chairman of Weifang City Construction and Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., relevant leaders of Weicheng District CPPCC, Secretary of Party Working Committee of each community and main principals of relevant departments, etc. Representatives of related parties of Zhongbai and the group, and some construction personnel of the second construction company of the group participated in the foundation laying activities. &Gudejin urban complex project is located in the east of the Olympic Sports Center of Weifang City, from the south to Beigong West Street, north to Wolong West Street, and east to Qingping road. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 2 billion yuan, with a total construction area of about 288830 M 2, including 222310 m2 of above ground construction area, including Zhongbai Aolai shopping plaza, gudejin street, star hotels, yijiayuan home furnishing Expo Center, 1 × 2 × apartment building, and 66520 m2 of underground construction area, including mechanical garage, supermarket, food street, etc. The project is planned to be put into operation by the end of December 2021. &At present, the second construction company has arranged the project department to enter the site, and all construction work has been carried out in an orderly manner.
